Delivery & Shipping FAQs

Q. Where do we ship to?

A. We ship to Metro, Regional and Remote Australia. We do not ship internationally, although orders placed
    from overseas can be delivered to recipients in Australia.

Q. How is my order going to be delivered?

A. All of our products are delivered via Australia Post and are registered parcels. Signatures are required
    upon delivery.

Q. Do I have to be at my delivery address when my product is delivered?

A. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If there is no authorised person at the delivery
    address, Australia post will leave a slip with the instructions on how to pick up the goods from your
    Local post office. Your order will then be available for collection for 5 business days.

Q. How long will it take to deliver my order?

A. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered from the date it is dispatched from our
    warehouse. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. If you are located in a Regional or
    Remote area your delivery time may take a few extra days. *Please use the below table only as a
    general guide for deliveries provide by Australia Post for every state:

                 VIC, NSW, ACT    3 – 7 Business Days

                 WA, QLD & SA    5 – 10 Business Days

                 TAS    5 – 12 Business Days

                 NT    7 – 14 Business Days

Q. Can you explain your postage and handling charges?

A. Postage and handling (P&H) cover the costs associated with delivering the order to you. P&H is
    calculated on a per item basis.

Q. How can I track my parcel?

A. Australia Post tracking numbers are generally available to you 3 business days from when the order
    was made. To obtain an Australia post tracking number please email the request
    to customercare@danoz.com.au please be sure to include your order details in the email.
    Alternatively you can call Customer Care between 8.00am to 6.00pm AEST on 1300 135 085. Parcels
    can then be tracked on the Australia Post website at http://auspost.com.au/track/

Q. I ordered a product and it has not arrived, what should I do?

A. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. We advise you check with your local post office
    as delivery may have been attempted. If you have not received your parcel, please email Customer
    Care customercare@danoz.com.au and include your order details in the email. Alternatively you can
    call the Customer Care 1300 135 085 8.00am to 6.00pm AEST.
